Returns

We hope you love every item you buy, but in the unlikely event that you need to return or cancel your order, see below on how to do this. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

 

Important Info:

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. We recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. Please be aware that Kaz’s Closet are not liable for the cost of returning items.

 

Returns / Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return the item/items to us in their original condition complete with labels and the receipt within 7 days of receiving the purchase. After satisfactory inspection of your return we will issue a refund for the goods on receipt, and you can purchase the item of exchange at any time after this.

For hygiene reasons some products may not be returnable, such as items of jewellery for piercings or swimwear / lingerie – please contact us to find out more. Please allow up to 10 working days for any refund to appear on your credit card or Bank statement, due to variance between refund timescales at different Banks.

 

Faulty Goods? Wrong Item received?

Should an item you receive be faulty, please contact us using the details above, we will need your order number, your name and address, the item bought and the reason it is faulty / incorrect, and whether you would prefer a refund or a replacement item. You have 14 days from receipt of the incorrect / faulty item to return it to us. Upon receipt of the faulty / incorrect item we will refund, repair or replace your item – we will let you know how we will be proceeding before we proceed.

 

To Cancel an order before despatch:

Please put the cancellation in writing, stating the Order Number, by email to: sales@kazscloset.co.uk

Under “The United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations” you have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund for any item purchased at energy-clothing.com. For hygiene reasons some products may not be returnable, such as items of jewellery for piercings or swimwear / lingerie – please contact us to find out more. (If your order has already despatched, you will need to follow the ‘Returns’ procedure.)

 

Taking Care of your purchase

When trying on the item of clothing on for the first time, follow these guidelines:

  • Keep hold of all delivery notes and packaging
  • Keep hold of your receipt
  • Avoid wearing perfume/aftershave/deodorant that would mark or scent the item

When taking delivery of jewellery:

  • Store any jewellery in a non-abrasive jewellery box or pouch
  • Do not apply any unnecessary force to the item
  • Avoid wearing perfume/aftershave/deodorant that would mark or scent the item
  • Avoid coming into contact with water or hairspray that would mark or scent the item

 

Kaz's Beauty Terms & Conditions

Forms:

All new clients and clients having different treatments will be required to completed a questionnaire prior to the treatment.

Patch Tests:

Some treatments require a patch test, this must be carried out 48 hours before treatment,  When booking in we will arrange both appointments.

Cancellation Policy:

If you cancel your appointment within 48 hours of the agreed appointment you will be charged 50% of the treatment charges, as the treatment time has been assigned for your appointment.  Any appointment rebooked at the time of cancellation, within 7 days of the original appointment  the cancellation fee will be waived.
